Save money to make a difference for Sponsor a Mother
Our Charity has joined a scheme which means that we can raise lots of money for Sponsor a Mother with very little effort, and save money for you and ourselves at the same time!
As I am sure you know, the mobile mums in Sweetwaters look after the orphaned children in the community, taking them food, medication, etc, helping them to survive. At the moment they are paid a monthly wage of £10 / month for this. Even though getting donations is great and makes a difference, we need sustainable monthly wages for them so we can increase the number of mobile mums.
The scheme is run by a company called the Utility Warehouse. They provide over 200,000 UK homes and businesses with everyday utilities, like phone, internet, mobile phone, electricity and gas. They guarantee to save you money on these services compared to most other suppliers, and what’s also great is that they put all your utilities on one clear and convenient monthly bill.
Here’s how we raise money : if you join the Utility Warehouse as a customer, they will pay us up to 5% of your monthly utility bill, every month. It’s as simple as that.
